Sent me a pair of shoes that fell apart at the seams big time after 2 days of practice. After a few emails back and forth explaining my frustration, they said they would send the same shoes for free.
They said they needed my credit card. Why would they need my credit card to send me a free pair of shoes for the ones that fell apart.
